Abstract

This research aimed to examine (1) the level of technological leadership among school administrators under the jurisdiction of the Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office III, (2) the level of teachers' innovative competencies in schools, and (3) the relationship between administrators' technological leadership and teachers' innovative competencies. The sample consisted of 192 school administrators and academic department heads, representing 85.71% of the distributed questionnaires. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire with reliability coefficients of .970 and .985, respectively.
