Abstract

This research aimed to examine (1) the level of technological leadership among school administrators under the jurisdiction of the Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office III, (2) the level of teachers' innovative competencies in schools, and (3) the relationship between administrators' technological leadership and teachers' innovative competencies. The sample consisted of 192 school administrators and academic department heads, representing 85.71% of the distributed questionnaires. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire with reliability coefficients of .970 and .985, respectively. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson�s correlation coefficient.The findings revealed that 1) the overall level of technological leadership among school administrators in the Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office III was high across all dimensions, 2) the level of teachers' innovative competencies in the same jurisdiction was also high in both overall and individual aspects, and 3) a moderately strong positive correlation (r = .688) was found between administrators' technological leadership and teachers' innovative competencies, with statistical significance at the .01 level.
