Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research were 1) to study the level of growth mindset as perceived by teachers under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; 2) to study the level of being a learning organization in schools under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; 3) to examine the relationship between the teachers� perceived growth mindset and the schools� status as learning organizations under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; and 4) to identify the growth mindset predictors influencing the schools� status as learning organizations, as perceived by teachers in schools under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research instrument used in this study was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire.
