dc.description.abstract	This research aims to study the levels of quality of work life and organizational commitment among professional nurses in government hospitals of 7 upper southern provinces, the differences of demographic factors affecting the organizational commitment, and the relationship between quality of work life and organizational commitment. A questionnaire was used as an instrument for collecting data. The participants consisted of 385 professional nurses who have worked more than 1 year and work full time in the tertiary government hospitals of 7 upper southern provinces. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, independent samples t-test, and one-way ANOVA analysis. The research revealed that the quality of work life among professional nurses in government hospitals of 7 upper southern provinces showed at a high level while the organizational commitment showed at a moderate level. The differences on age, marital status, education, income, and duration of work of professional nurses exhibited a 0.05 significant difference on organizational commitment. The quality of work life of professional nurses was high positively correlated with the organizational commitment at a 0.05 level of significance.	en_US
dc.description.abstract-th	การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานและความผูกพันต่อองค์การของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลรัฐบาล 7 จังหวัดภาคใต้ตอนบน ศึกษาความแตกต่างของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่ส่งผลต่อผูกพันต่อองค์การ และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานกับความผูกพันต่อองค์การ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานตั้งแต่ 1 ปี ขึ้นไป และปฏิบัติงานเต็มเวลาอยู่ในโรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิของโรงพยาบาลรัฐบาล 7 จังหวัดภาคใต้ตอนบน จำนวน 385 คน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าความถี่ ค่า ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน การทดสอบทีแบบกลุ่มอิสระ และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการศึกษา พบว่า พยาบาลวิชาชีพมีคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานอยู่ในระดับสูง และมีความผูกพันต่อองค์การอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยความแตกต่างของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านอายุ สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และระยะเวลาการปฏิบัติงาน ส่งผลต่อความผูกพันต่อองค์การของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูงกับความผูกพันต่อองค์การของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05	en_US
