| dc.description.abstract | The objectives of this study are to analyze the association between student indicators and Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEX) standard in order to get the appropriate indicator dimensions for each criterion, to design the data warehouse by using snowflake schema architecture and to develop dashboard by business intelligent software to present information of student indicator according to Education Criteria for Performance Excellence for faculty strategy planning. The snowflake schema consists of one fact table that is student information table, and dimension tables such as study level, domicile and religion. Due to the designed data warehouse that used for developing dashboard by Business Intelligence system in order to present information for faculty strategic planning, the result of user satisfaction assessment found that the score of proposed student indicator dashboard is very good. The benefits of developing such data warehouse for applying with business intelligence to propose student indicator information are to reduce the redundant data storage, to reduce the access time and to simplify for faculty strategic planning. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract-th | วิทยานิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความเชื่อมโยงของตัวชี้วัดด้านลูกค้าใน กลุ่มผู้เรียนกับเกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดําเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (EdPEx) ให้ได้มิติตัวชี้วัดที่ เหมาะสมกับเกณฑ์ในแต่ละหมวด นํามาออกแบบและพัฒนาคลังข้อมูล โดยใช้โครงสร้างแบบเกล็ด หิมะ (Snowflake Schema) ที่ประกอบด้วยตารางข้อเท็จจริง (Fact Table) คือ ตารางข้อมูล นักศึกษา และตารางมิติ (Dimension Table) คือ ตารางมิติข้อมูลนักศึกษาในด้านต่าง ๆ เช่น ด้านระดับการศึกษา ด้านภูมิลําเนา และด้านศาสนา เป็นต้น เพื่อพัฒนาแดชบอร์ดโดยใช้ระบบธุรกิจ อัจฉริยะ (Business Intelligence) สําหรับนําเสนอข้อมูลตัวชี้วัดด้านลูกค้าตามเกณฑ์ EdPEx จากการออกแบบและพัฒนาคลังข้อมูลตัวชี้วัดด้านผู้เรียน เมื่อนําไปใช้ในการพัฒนาแดชบอร์ดด้วยระบบธุรกิจอัจฉริยะ เพื่อนําเสนอข้อมูลสําหรับการวางแผนกลยุทธ์ในระดับคณะ พบว่า ผลประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ตามหลักความสามารถในการใช้งานต่อแดชบอร์ดนําเสนอข้อมูล ตัวชี้วัดด้านผู้เรียนอยู่ในระดับดีมาก โดยประโยชน์จากการพัฒนาคลังข้อมูลเพื่อประยุกต์ใช้ร่วมกับ ระบบธุรกิจอัจฉริยะในการนําเสนอข้อมูลตัวชี้วัดด้านผู้เรียน สามารถลดความซ้ําซ้อนในการจัดเก็บ ข้อมูล โดยนําเสนอข้อมูลด้านผู้เรียนในรูปแบบที่เข้าถึงได้อย่างรวดเร็ว และง่ายต่อการนําไปใช้ วางแผนกลยุทธ์ระดับคณะต่อไป | en_US |
