| dc.description.abstract | The present study aims to examine the relationships (1) between decentralization structure and the use of financial and non-financial performance measures; and (2) between environmental uncertainty and the use of financial and non-financial performance measures. Data were collected using a questionnaire survey. General Managers in charge of hotels located in the Andaman Coast of Southern Thailand completed the questionnaire. In total, 127 general managers participated in the study (response rate = 31.75%). Data analysis includes the descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study reveal a positive and significant relationship between decentralization structure and the use of financial and non-financial measures. Additionally, environmental uncertainty is positively associated with the use of financial measures. However, environmental uncertainty is not related to the use of non-financial measures. | - |
| dc.description.abstract-th | งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง (1) โครงสร้างองค์กร แบบกระจายอํานาจกับระดับการใช้ตัวชี้วัดทางการเงินและไม่ใช่ทางการเงิน และ (2) ความไม่ แน่นอนของสภาพแวดล้อมกับระดับการใช้ตัวชี้วัดทางการเงินและไม่ใช่ทางการเงิน เก็บข้อมูลจากผู้จัดการของโรงแรมที่มีขนาดกลางและขนาดใหญ่ในพื้นที่ภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามันของ การศึกษานี้ ประเทศไทย โดยส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังผู้จัดการทั่วไป ทั้งนี้ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนจากผู้จัดการ ทั่วไปจํานวน 127 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 31.75 การศึกษานี้ทําการวิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่และค่าร้อยละ เพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม และข้อมูลทั่วไป ของโรงแรม และทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า โครงสร้างองค์กรแบบกระจายอํานาจมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับระดับการใช้ตัวชี้วัดทางการเงิน และไม่ใช่ทางการเงินอย่างมีนัยสําคัญ นอกจากนี้พบว่าความไม่แน่นอนของสภาพแวดล้อมมี ความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับระดับการใช้ตัวชี้วัดทางการเงิน อย่างไรก็ตามพบว่าความไม่แน่นอนของ สภาพแวดล้อมไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับการใช้ตัวชี้วัดที่ไม่ใช่ทางการเงิน | - |
