Abstract
Abstract
The objectives of this research were to 1) determine the factors and indicators for school administration based on sufficiency economy philosophy of primary schools in three southern border provinces 2) study needs assessment to analyze strengths, weakness, opportunity and threat for school administration based on sufficiency economy philosophy of primary schools in three southern border provinces and 3) present strategies for school administration based on sufficiency economy philosophy of primary schools in three southern border provinces. The study was mixed method research. The qualitative method was collected by 10 professionals by focus group discussion, 9 professionals by interview and 12 experts by meeting. The quantitative method was collected by a 5-rating scale questionnaire from 179 primary schools, and analyzed the data by PNIModified. The findings were as follows :
1. The factors and indicators for school administration based on sufficiency economy philosophy of primary school in three southern border provinces consisted of five factors and sixty eight indicators : 1) policy administration factor based on sufficiency economy philosophy consisted of six indicators 2) academic administration factor based on sufficiency economy philosophy consisted of twenty eight indicators 3) financial administration factor based on sufficiency economy philosophy consisted of four indicators 4) personnel administration factor based on sufficiency economy philosophy consisted of fourteen indicators 5) general administration factor based on sufficiency economy philosophy consisted of sixteen indicators.
2. Needs assessment for school administration based on sufficiency economy philosophy for primary schools in three southern border provinces which need to improve consisted of 3 factors: 1) academic administration based on sufficiency economy philosophy 2) personnel administration based on sufficiency economy philosophy and 3) general administration based on sufficiency economy philosophy.
3. The strategies for school administration based on sufficiency economy philosophy of primary school in three southern border provinces consisted of nine main strategies : 1) improving the efficiency of teaching management 2) raising the level of supervision of learning management 3) developing an effective learning process 4) developing and promoting the learning resources 5) optimizing the measurement and evaluation of learning management 6) enhancing guidance activities 7) optimizing performance Appraisal 8) promoting, supporting and coordinating education management with individuals, communities, organizations, agencies and others and 9) promoting the effectiveness of student activities
