Abstract

This research aimed to: (1) study the level of emotional intelligence among school administrators in schools under the Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, (2) examine the level of organizational effectiveness in these schools, and (3) identify the emotional intelligence variables of school administrators that can predict organizational effectiveness.The sample consisted of 131 schools under the Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The respondents included one school administrator and four heads of administrative divisions per school. The research instruments were Likert-scale questionnaires assessing (1) the emotional intelligence of school administrators, with a reliability coefficient of 0.984, and (2) the organizational effectiveness of schools, with a reliability coefficient of 0.957.
