Abstract
The purpose of this research is to internally benchmark of the delivery process management to modern trade customers in a beverage bottler company in the South of Thailand and to gain best practices of the best performing branch warehouse within 9 branches. The scope of this research includes branch warehouses which are accountable for the delivery process management to modern trade customers. The branch warehouses which are participated in this study are Choomporn, Krabi, NakhornsriThammarat, Pangnga, Phuket, Phinphin, Suratthani, Takuapha and Trang. The qualitative research is conducted according to Xerox Corporation USA step, which covers Preparation Process, Planning Process, Analysis Process and Integration Process.
The results of the study conclude that benchmark has a comprehensive planning, control and improvement processes, which are procedures, regulation, and timelines with excellent performance. These are considered to be valuable and practical to the organization. The organization is committed to the development, modification, optimization, and utilization of the best practices to the other branch warehouses in order to improve the efficiency of the delivery process, to reduce the range of performance, as well as creating opportunities and income for the organization
