| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการสอนงานพยาบาลใหม่ เกี่ยวกับความรอบรู้ด้านยาส าหรับผู้ป่วยสูงอายุ โดยใช้กรอบแนวคิดการสอนงานแบบพีพีซีอี (PPCE) ประกอบด้วย4 ระยะคือ ระยะเตรียมการ (preparing phase) ระยะการวางแผน (planning phase) ระยะการปฏิบัติการสอนงาน (coaching phase) และระยะการประเมินผลการสอนงาน (evaluating phase) กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่คัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง อายุงาน 0 - 3 ปี ปฏิบัติงาน ในหอผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรมหญิงและหอผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรมชาย 1 โรงพยาบาลสงขลานครินทร์จ านวน 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วน คือ 1) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบ สัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้างส าหรับบุคลากรทีมสุขภาพ และแบบประเมินคู่มือการสอนพยาบาลใหม่ เกี่ยวกับความรอบรู้ด้านยาส าหรับผู้ป่วยสูงอายุ และ 2) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อการสอนงาน และแบบสอบถามความมั่นใจของพยาบาลใหม่ต่อการ สอนความรู้ด้านยาส าหรับผู้ป่วยสูงอายุซึ่งได้รับการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จ านวน 3 คน ได้ค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาเท่ากับ .87 และ 1.00 ตามล าดับ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบการสอนงานพยาบาลใหม่ตามแนวทางพีพีซีอี ประกอบด้วย 1) ระยะวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ 2) ระยะพัฒนาคู่มือ และแนวคิด ELDER MED 3) ระยะ การปฏิบัติการสอนงาน มี 4 ขั้น ได้แก่ ขั้นเตรียมการ ขั้นวางแผน ขั้นปฏิบัติการสอนงาน และขั้น ประเมินผล และ 4) ระยะประเมินผลความพึงพอใจด้านเนื้อหา และผู้สอนงานอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (M = 4.63, SD = 0.49) และ (M = 4.53, SD = 0.56) ตามล าดับ และด้านกระบวนการสอนงานอยู่ ในระดับมาก (M = 4.33, SD = 0.59) พยาบาลใหม่มีความมั่นใจสูงกว่าก่อนได้รับการสอนงานอย่างมี นัยส าคัญทางสถิติ (t = 15.158, p < .001) ดังนั้นผู้บริหารการพยาบาลสามารถน ารูปแบบการสอน งานพีพีซีอีมาใช้ในการสอนงานพยาบาลใหม่ให้สามารถเพิ่มความรอบรู้ด้านยาให้ผู้ป่วยสูงอาย | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract-th | This action research aimed to develop a new coaching program for new nurses and to evaluate its outcomes using Thanyaporn's PPCE teaching concept. The PPCE consists of 4 phases; Preparing, Planning, Coaching, and Evaluating. Twenty registered nurses with 0 - 3 years of working experience and currently working in the Female Medical Ward or Male Medical Ward of one at Songklanagarind Hospital were recruited. The instruments consisted of two parts: 1) toolsused to develop the coaching program, and 2) tools used for collecting data. The tools used to develop the coaching program were a semi-structured interview for healthcare team and a new nursing teaching guide to enhance drug literacy for elderly patients. The tools used for collecting data were, teaching satisfaction questionnaire, and confidence assessment on teaching drug literacy to elderly patients. The questionnaire and the assessment were approved by 3 experts yielding content validity of .87 and 1.00, respectively. The development of the coaching program was divided into 4 phases: preparation, planning, teaching practice using the ELDER MED model, and teaching evaluation. The overall satisfaction of the instructor and the teaching content were at the highest levels (M = 4.63, SD = 0.49), and (M = 4.53, SD = 0.56) respectively. The teaching process was at a high level (M = 4.33, SD = 0.59). The overall confidence of teaching drug literacy to elderly patients significantly increased after using the PPCE teaching process (t = 15.158, p < .001). In conclusion, nurse administrates can use the PPCE teaching program for coaching new nurses to gain confidence in teaching drug literacy to elderly patients. | en_US |
