| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to investigate the environmental management, performance measured by balanced scorecards, and to test the influence of environmental management on performance measured by balanced scorecards of hotel industry in Andaman Islands, Satun province. The sample of this study of 167 questionaries have been collected and analyzed. From the descriptive analysis, results show that hotel industry in Andaman Islands, Satun province mostly interested in water management whereas the waste management is the least concern. Furthermore, the balanced scorecards of the samples have the highest score on the leaning and growth dimension whereas the lowest score on the financial dimension. The results of multiple regression show that from 8 topics of green hotel criteria; water management and usage of environmental friendly products have positive significant influenced to hotel performance measured by balanced scorecards whereas environmental policy, waste management, noise management, air quality management, and green space management not influenced to the hotel performance. Moreover, the control variables of number of rooms and type of businesses also have positive significant influenced to hotel performance. | - |
| dc.description.abstract-th | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมและผลการ ดำเนินงานเชิงดุลยภาพของธุรกิจโรงแรม รวมทั้งทดสอบอิทธิพลของการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมต่อผลการดำเนินงานเชิงดุลยภาพของธุรกิจโรงแรมในหมู่เกาะอันดามันจังหวัดสตูล โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 167 ราย โดยรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ด้วยสถิติ จากการวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนาพบว่าธุรกิจโรงแรมในหมู่เกาะอันดามันจังหวัดสตูลส่วนใหญ่ให้ความสำคัญกับการจัดการน้ำมากกว่าในขณะที่การจัดการขยะ ที่มีการจัดการน้อยที่สุดนอกจากนี้ยังศึกษาพบว่าผลการดำเนินงานเชิงดุลยภาพของโรงแรมในมุมมองด้านการเรียนรู้และ พัฒนามีการดำเนินการอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดและมุมมองด้านการเงินนั้นอยู่ในระดับน้อยที่สุดจากผลการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ จากการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมทั้ง 8 ด้าน พบว่า การจัดการน้ำและการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อมมีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญต่อผลการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจโรงแรม โดยที่ นโยบายด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม การจัดการขยะ การจัดการเสียง การจัดการ คุณภาพอากาศและการจัดการภูมิทัศน์ไม่มีอิทธิพลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญกับผลการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจโรงแรม นอกจากนี้ยังศึกษาพบว่าขนาดของกิจการซึ่งวัดจากจำนวนห้องพักและประเภทธุรกิจก็มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญต่อผลการดำเนินงานเชิงดุลยภาพของธุรกิจโรงแรมเช่นกัน | - |
