อิทธิพลของการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมต่อผลการดำเนินงานเชิงดุลยภาพ กรณีธุรกิจโรงแรมในหมู่เกาะอันดามัน จังหวัดสตูล

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the environmental management, performance measured by balanced scorecards, and to test the influence of environmental management on performance measured by balanced scorecards of hotel industry in Andaman Islands, Satun province. The sample of this study of 167 questionaries have been collected and analyzed. From the descriptive analysis, results show that hotel industry in Andaman Islands, Satun province mostly interested in water management whereas the waste management is the least concern. Furthermore, the balanced scorecards of the samples have the highest score on the leaning and growth dimension whereas the lowest score on the financial dimension. The results of multiple regression show that from 8 topics of green hotel criteria; water management and usage of environmental friendly products have positive significant influenced to hotel performance measured by balanced scorecards whereas environmental policy, waste management, noise management, air quality management, and green space management not influenced to the hotel performance. Moreover, the control variables of number of rooms and type of businesses also have positive significant influenced to hotel performance.
