dc.description.abstract	The study of factors affecting the end-user effectiveness of the e-phytosanitary certificate portal by the Department of Agriculture of the entrepreneurs in Songkhla aimed to 1) understand the level of the end-user effectiveness in using the e-phytosanitary certificate portal by the Department of Agriculture of the entrepreneurs in Songkhla, 2) explore the factors affecting the end-user effectiveness of the portal of the Songkhla’s entrepreneurs, and 3) investigate the extent of difficulties in using the e-phytosanitary certificate portal by Department of Agriculture of the entrepreneurs in Songkhla. The data were collected from 201 samples who participated through a survey questionnaire. The statistical analysis tools included frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The research revealed that the overall level of the end-user effectiveness in using the e-phytosanitary certificate portal by the Department of Agriculture of the entrepreneurs in Songkhla is high. Moreover, the factors in term of personnel and IT have a 35% influent rate on the end-user effectiveness of the portal of the Songkhla’s entrepreneurs at a significant rate of 0.05. In addition, the overall level of difficulty in using the e-phytosanitary certificate portal by the Department of Agriculture of the entrepreneurs in Songkhla is small.	en_US
dc.description.abstract-th	การศึกษาเรื่อง ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการใช้งานระบบใบรับรองสุขอนามัยพืชอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ กรมวิชาการเกษตร ของผู้ประกอบการในจังหวัดสงขลา ครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลในการใช้งานระบบใบรับรองสุขอนามัยพืชอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ กรมวิชาการเกษตร ของผู้ประกอบการในจังหวัดสงขลา 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการใช้งานระบบใบรับรองสุขอนามัยพืชอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ กรมวิชาการเกษตร ของผู้ประกอบการในจังหวัดสงขลา 3) เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัญหาในการใช้งานระบบใบรับรองสุขอนามัยพืชอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ กรมวิชาการเกษตร ของผู้ประกอบการในจังหวัดสงขลา โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 201 คน ด้วยแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประสิทธิผลในการใช้งานระบบใบรับรองสุขอนามัยพืชอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ กรมวิชาการเกษตร ของผู้ประกอบการในจังหวัดสงขลา ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ปัจจัยด้านบุคลากรและปัจจัยด้านไอทีส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการใช้งานระบบใบรับรองสุขอนามัยพืชอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ กรมวิชาการเกษตร ของผู้ประกอบการในจังหวัดสงขลา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยสามารถอธิบายระดับการมีอิทธิพลได้ร้อยละ 35.0 และปัญหาในการใช้งานระบบใบรับรองสุขอนามัยพืชอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ กรมวิชาการเกษตร ของผู้ประกอบการในจังหวัดสงขลา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย	en_US
