Abstract

The study of factors affecting the end-user effectiveness of the e-phytosanitary certificate portal by the Department of Agriculture of the entrepreneurs in Songkhla aimed to 1) understand the level of the end-user effectiveness in using the e-phytosanitary certificate portal by the Department of Agriculture of the entrepreneurs in Songkhla, 2) explore the factors affecting the end-user effectiveness of the portal of the Songkhla’s entrepreneurs, and 3) investigate the extent of difficulties in using the e-phytosanitary certificate portal by Department of Agriculture of the entrepreneurs in Songkhla. The data were collected from 201 samples who participated through a survey questionnaire. The statistical analysis tools included frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The research revealed that the overall level of the end-user effectiveness in using the e-phytosanitary certificate portal by the Department of Agriculture of the entrepreneurs in Songkhla is high. Moreover, the factors in term of personnel and IT have a 35% influent rate on the end-user effectiveness of the portal of the Songkhla’s entrepreneurs at a significant rate of 0.05. In addition, the overall level of difficulty in using the e-phytosanitary certificate portal by the Department of Agriculture of the entrepreneurs in Songkhla is small.
