การจัดการความรู้ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรเทศบาลตำบล ในอำเภอโคกโพธิ์ จังหวัดปัตตานี

Abstract

Study of knowledge management that affects operational efficiency of sub-district municipal personnel in KhokPho District Pattani Province. The objective of this study are as below: 1) To study the level of efficiency performance in personnel sub-district municipality at KhokPho district, Pattani Province 2) To study the comparison level of efficiency performance in personnel sub-district municipality at KhokPho district, Pattani Province by individual factors 3) To study the knowledge of management factors that affect efficiency performance in personnel sub-district municipality at KhokPho district, Pattani Province which 142 samples have been collected through questionnaire. The data have been analyzed using statistics methods like frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance and multiple regression analysis. The results showed personnel sub-district at KhokPho district municipality, Pattani Province have a high level of efficiency performance. The comparison results which efficiency performance affect by individual factors showed a significant different 0.05 level in statistics which do not so different which statistic in KhokPho District statistically significant at the 0.01 level
