| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this research to design and develop the augmented reality historical tourism guide and study of influential factors affecting on user's satisfaction using AR historical travel guide. This research studied the factors based on two well-known models, which are the Technology Acceptance Model and the Information System Success Model. The data collected from the 392 students who were 15 - 24 years old, and analyzed data with SmartPLS program. The results showed in this context there were four factors that influencing on user's satisfaction such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease-of-use, information quality, and service quality at the level of significance 0.01. | - |
| dc.description.abstract-th | งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนาคู่มือแนะนำการท่องเที่ยวเชิงประวัติศาสตร์เสมือนจริงและเพื่อหาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจในคู่มือแนะนำการท่องเที่ยวเชิงประวัติศาสตร์เสมือนจริงโดยศึกษาปัจจัยต่าง ๆ จากโมเดลที่เป็นที่รู้จักแพร่หลายในงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวกับการใช้เทคโนโลยี 2 โมเดล ได้แก่ โมเดลวัดความสำเร็จการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี และโมเดลวัดความสำเร็จระบบสารสนเทศ ซึ่งจัดเก็บด้วยการสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง นักเรียน นักศึกษา อายุ 15-24 ปี จำนวน 392 คน และวิเคราะห์ตัวชี้วัดและโครงสร้างโมเดลด้วยโปรแกรม SmartPLS ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ในบริบทนี้ ปัจจัยทั้ง 4 ซึ่งได้แก่ การรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์ การรับรู้ถึงความง่ายต่อการใช้งาน คุณภาพด้านสารสนเทศ และคุณภาพด้านการบริการ มีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้คู่มือการท่องเที่ยวเชิงประวัติศาสตร์เสมือนจริงบนอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่ โดยมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.01 | - |
