Abstract

This study is, thus proposed to examine the effect of demographic factors and organizational commitment, to examine the level of work motivation factors and organization commitment of employees, and work motivation factors affect organization commitment of bank’s employees for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC), Trang province. The samples of the study were 256 bank’s employees for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC), Trang province. The research instrument to collect data was a questionnaires. Descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage mean and standard deviation were used to analyze the data. The results were as follow work motivation factors and organization commitment of employees’ level in the highest levels, Maintenance Factor is the highest levels 4.53. In addition, motivator factor which was the content of job aspect and Maintenance factors which were the security and safety aspect, the social status aspect, and the organizational policy aspect effected the organizational commitment of employees. Both Motivator factor and Maintenance factor could predict the organizational commitment of employees at the level 0.67
