The research instrument was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire divided into three parts: Part 1 a checklist questionnaire for respondents demographics; Part 2 a questionnaire on creative leadership, with a reliability coefficient of .905; and Part 3 a questionnaire on work motivation, with a reliability coefficient of .902. The overall reliability coefficient was .904. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, Pearsons correlation coefficient, and enter-method multiple regression analysis. The findings revealed that: 1) school administrators demonstrated a high level of creative leadership both overall and in each aspect; 2) teachers work motivation was also at a high level overall and in each aspect; 3) there was a moderate positive correlation (r=.534) between creative leadership and teachers work motivation, which was statistically significant at the .01 level; and 4) the predictive variables of creative leadership that influenced teachers work motivation were teamwork, digital literacy, and creative thinking, which jointly accounted for 47.90% of the variance. The key predictive variables included teamwork, the ability to adapt through digital literacy, and creative thinking.Predictive equation in raw scores ? 1.918 + .021 (X1) +.346 (X2) ** + .106 (X3) ** + .150 (X4) ** - .017(X5) Predictive equation in standardized scores ??.025 (X1) + .594 (X2) ** + .157 (X3) ** + .238 (X4) ** + -.033 (X5) Keyword : Creative Leadership, Teachers Work Motivation, Motivation | - |
