Minor Thesis TitleInnovative Leadership of School Administrators Affecting the Digital Competency of Teachers in Schools under Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office IIIAuthor Miss Dararat PetchprapanMajor Program Educational AdministrationAcademic Year 2024ABSTRACTThis research aims to examine 1. the level of innovative leadership of school administrators 2. the level of digital competence of teachers in school 3. the relationship between innovative leadership of school administrators and digital competence of teachers and 4. the predictor of innovative leadership of school administrators affecting the digital competence of teachers. The sample were 131 schools under Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office III. The research instrument was a five-point rating scale questionnaire divided into two parts: part 1 school administrators' innovative leadership questionnaire (reliability coefficient = .971) and part 2 teachers' digital competence questionnaire (reliability coefficient = .957), with an overall reliability coefficient of .976. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and enter method multiple regression analysis. The research results were as follows:1. The level of innovative leadership school administrators under the Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office III overall was at a high level. 2. The level of digital competence of teachers under the Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office III overall was at a high level.3. The relationship between innovative leadership of school administrators and the digital competence of teachers overall was positively correlated at a high level with statistical significance at .01 level.4. Four dimensions of innovative leadership of school administrators could predict the digital competence of teachers at 56.50%.
