The objective is to examine the strategic management of school administrators in quality schools under the Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The schools were purposefully selected as quality schools within the jurisdiction, specifically Ban Thung Na School and Wat Noen Sung School (pseudonyms). A total of 14 key informants participated in the study, consisting of 2 school principals, 4 deputy principals, and 8 teachers. The research instrument used was a semi-structured interview. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis.The research findings reveal that the strategic management of school administrators in quality schools under the Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 can be summarized into four main areas, aligned with the scope of the study: Environmental Analysis: This is a crucial step in school management. The process enables administrators to set appropriate directions by using SWOT analysis to assess both internal and external environments, helping the schools identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Strategy Formulation: Formulating organizational strategies is a key factor that ensures school administration is goal-oriented and aligned with objectives. Effective strategies must be established, along with a clear and flexible organizational structure to promote understanding of roles and ensure systematic operations. Strategy Implementation: Efficient implementation of strategies is driven by key factors such as the creation of professional learning communities. These communities facilitate knowledge sharing, experience exchange, and development of teaching skills among teachers and staff. In addition, the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) quality cycle is employed to support systematic and effective execution of strategies.
