Abstract

The objectives of this research is to test the Relationship between Executive Compensation in monetary and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Disclosure of Listed Companies on the Stock Exchange of Thailand and test the Relationship between Non-monetary Executive Compensation and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Disclosure of Listed companies on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. This study uses Stakeholder Theory explain Relationship between variable that was tested and use data from sample Listed companies on the Stock Exchange of Thailand total 609 companies. that collect data from annual reports (51-1) of Listed companies on the Stock Exchange of Thailand during the year 2020 � 2022 to be used in the analysis Descriptive Statistics and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results show that Executive compensation in monetary and Non-monetary Executive Compensation have a relationship positively with and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Disclosure of Listed Companies on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
