Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aimed to study the executive function (EF) skills-based learning management for early childhood development in primary schools under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office I, using a case study approach. The key informants included 1 administrator, 4 teachers, and 4 parent representatives, selected through purposive sampling. Semi-structured interview protocols were employed as the research instrument, and data were analyzed using content analysis. The research findings revealed that the EF skills-based learning management for early childhood development in primary schools under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office I encompassed 4 aspects: 1) Curriculum: The schools promoted management integration with the Early Childhood Education Curriculum 2017 and emphasizing the active learning process 2) Learning experience management: The schools based on lesson planning aligned with learners' needs, goal analysis, activity analysis, and post-experience reflections. A variety of experiences were provided through daily activities, brain skill enhancement activities, and participatory supervision and monitoring; 3) Environmental management: Physical environment emphasizing safety and risk management, cognitive environment with diverse materials, and importance given to work presentations; were promoted 4) Development assessment: Appropriate assessment tools and comprehensive evaluation were employed by schools.??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
