Abstract

This research aims to: 1) Study the organizational health level as perceived by teachers under the Songkhla-Satun secondary educational service area 2) Study the level of being a Professional Learning Community (PLC) as perceived by teachers, 3) Investigate the relationship between organizational health and being a Professional Learning Community (PLC) as perceived by teachers, and 4) Explore the predictive variables of organizational health and being a Professional Learning Community (PLC) as perceived by teachers. The research sample comprises small, medium, large, and special large-sized schools under the jurisdiction of the the Songkhla-Satun secondary educational service area, totaling 53 schools and involving 2,690 teachers. The questionnaire used for quantitative research is a proportionate stratified questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of .96. Quantitative data analysis includes mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Research findings reveal that: 1) Overall, the organizational health level as perceived by teachers is high, with all aspects scoring high, particularly teacher collaboration and academic focus. 2) The level of being a Professional Learning Community (PLC) as perceived by teachers is also high overall, with aspects related to managerial leadership demonstrating a significant impact on various aspects of teachers' work. 3) There is a significant positive relationship between organizational health and being a Professional Learning Community (PLC) as perceived by teachers. 4) Predictive variables such as managerial influence, resource support, teacher collaboration, motivation and encouragement, organizational resilience, academic focus, and leadership influence collectively influence the being of a Professional Learning Community (PLC) as perceived by teachers.??????????????????????????????????? 1) ???????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? ???? 2) ??????????????????????????????????????????????????
