Abstract

ABSTRACTThis qualitative research aims to study the adaptation and changes in learning management within private primary schools after the covid-19 pandemic, as well as to identify learning management approaches that align with the specific context of the schools. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with four purposively selected groups: 1) six teachers, 2) six students, 3) six parents, and 4) three school administrators, making a total of 21 participants. The data were analyzed by categorizing information based on the key informants and developing concepts to group fragmented data according to their relational characteristics. These conceptual groups were linked to the research framework to summarize findings. The final analysis was validated and cross-checked to ensure consistency with the framework, considering data saturation. The research findings revealed that school adaptation after the covid-19 pandemic occurred in three dimensions: 1) human resources, 2) financial resources, and 3) technology. Changes in learning management after the pandemic were identified in four dimensions: 1) changes in the learning environment, 2) changes in learning models, 3) integration of technology into learning management, and 4) a shift from physical skill development to digital skill development.
