Abstract
The effective web application is a key factor to create consistency usage. This research has a main objective to measure the success rate and analyze the result in order to develop a higher performance of the online shopping web application of 2S Metal Company Limited by apply with the DeLone and McLean IS Success model. The research process involve of measure quality of the previous system, analyze factor in order to improve the system align with Pareto diagram, develop new system, evaluate quality of new system, compare the result of previous system with new system and analyze the data. This research indicate that the developed system result same satisfaction rate in every aspect with the previous system. The satisfaction rate of training factor which are under the quality of service was shown underrate than the previous result. This is a consequence from incomprehensive gathering requirement process. The familiarity and learning curve of user with this system are also another factors that reflect decreased rating. The last factor is the sample of pre and post survey are the difference group of user. In conclusion, the new developed web application still need more improvement as the quality still not reach as expected.
