Abstract

The purposes of this research aimed to examine the effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction and organizational commitment of personel in the Government Savings Bank. In Songkhla. The Researched tools utilized were questionnaires on transformational leadership, job satisfaction, affective commitment which had the reliability coefficients of 0.96, 0.90 and 0.87 respectively. 185 questionnaires were completely filled and used for data analysis for descriptive statistics and regression analysis with Hayes's Process, using model 4 to estimate the direct effect and indirect effect. The results reveal that (1) Tranformation leadership had a positive direct effect on job satisfaction. (2) Jobsatisfaction had a positive direct effect on affective commitment. And (3) Tranformation leadership has no direct effect on affective commitment but and indirect effect on affective commitment via job satisfaction.
