| dc.description.abstract | In a period of significant business instability and uncertainty, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic that profoundly affected Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), organizational resilience has become essential for recovery. This study investigates suitable components of organizational resilience for MSMEs in Thailand using a three-phase mixed-method methodology.?The research commenced with qualitative analysis of 30 MSME owners to investigate their experiences for the purpose of instrument development. The following phases utilized quantitative research, incorporating exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses with a sample of 600 entrepreneurs nationwide300 participants for Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and 300 for Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA).?The findings indicated a model of 11 sub-components categorized under four primary frameworks: 1) Entrepreneurial Orientation, 2) Network Competence, 3) Digital Literacy, and 4) Adaptability. The model exhibited a satisfactory empirical fit (?/df = 1.57, CFI = 0.925, RMSEA = 0.044, SRMR = 0.055).?The research presents two significant contributions: "Positive Attitude for Proactive Work" and "Marketing and Supply Chain Adaptability", essential for business continuity amid crises. Furthermore, "Network Relationships" embodies quality interdependence and empathy within Thai cultural frameworks. The created model demonstrated measurement invariance among firms of varying sizes.?These findings reinforce the concept of resilience within Thai contexts and offer suitable measurement methods for strategy and policy implementation. | - |
