Abstract

The coordination process to monitor and evaluate training students in the workplace of vocational education has several steps and involve many groups of people. This caused a delay in the coordination process, which resulting inefficiency. Besides, the current situation with the pandemic of COVID-19 virus has triggered difficulties to the coordinate process of vocational education system. This research presents the development of a system that increases the efficiency of coordination for monitoring and evaluating vocational training students in the workplace. By using the Lean system to improve workflows and develop a coordinated system with Google for Education and use Line Notify to distribute information to relevant people. The results of the research are as follows: 1) The improvement of workflows with Lean can improve work efficiency by reducing the number of steps from 20 to 17 steps, reducing the time from 1015 minutes to 401 minutes. and reduce paper usage from 450 to 0 sheets 2) Assessment results in terms of user satisfaction and the performance of the system is at a high level.
