Minor Thesis Title Participative Management of Schools Affecting Effectiveness in Learning Experience Management of Early Childhood Teachers in Schools under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 Author Mrs. Aesah SadeenMajor Program Educational AdministrationAcademic Year 2023 ABSTRACT The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of participative management at schools operating under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 2) to study the level of effectiveness in organising the learning experience of early childhood teachers at schools under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 3) to study the relationship between the participative management of schools and effectiveness in organising the learning experience of early childhood teachers at schools under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, and 4) to identify the predictors of participative management at schools affecting their effectiveness in organising the learning experience of early childhood teachers at schools under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The samples in this research included 101 schools operating under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. There were 4 respondents per school, consisting of the school director, the head of academic affairs, a kindergarten level 1 teacher, and a kindergarten level 2 teacher, meaning there was a total sample of 404 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a 5-level rating scale and a confidence value of .991. The statistics for data analysis comprised percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson�s correlation coefficient, and enter multiple regression analysis. The study results are summarised as follows. 1) Overall participative management at schools was at a very high level. 2)Overall effectiveness in organising the learning experience of early childhood teachers at schools was at a high level. 3)The overall relationship between the participative management of schools and effectiveness in organising the learning experience of early childhood teachers at schools was positive at a relatively high level with a statistical significance level of .01. 4)The predictors of participative management at schools in setting objectives and goals jointly, enabling freedom for work responsibility, and participating in evaluation could co-predict effectiveness in organising the learning experience of early childhood teachers at schools with a predictive power of 55.20 at a statistical significance level of .01.
