Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study social entrepreneur characteristics of fertilizer and to study the development of social entrepreneurial characteristics of fertilizer producers Sam Roi Rai, Aiyer Weng Subdistrict, Betong District, Yala Province ,This Study about 16 social entrepreneur traits, 4 elements of social entrepreneurship that need to be developed to cover 4 elements, and present how to develop 3 social entrepreneur traits linked to group management principles ( PDCA) to create group innovations and increase the efficiency of social entrepreneurship groups. The results found that 14 Characteristics of social enterprises at Ban Sam Roi Rai Ayer Weng Sub-district, Betong District, Yala Province, has 14 characteristics, resulting in development guidelines. Extend knowledge for fertilizer manufacturers about social entrepreneurship characteristics It covers all 16 characteristics by proposing a method for group development according to the principles of social entrepreneurship management as a guideline for further community development.
