Abstract
The purpose of this research were to 1) study the transformational leadership among administration of Royal Award Educational Institutions, 2) to study the conflict management of Royal Award Educational Institutions, and 3) to study the moderation of psychological capital between transformational leadership among the Educational Institutions and the conflict management. By using mixed method with embedded design which is the qualitative sub-research utilized in-dept-interview under the main quantitative research deploying quesiontionnaires to collect the data. The respondents of this analysis consist of 242 administrators from Royal Award Educational Institutions in 2016 from five levels of education: pre-elementary level, elementary level, high school level, vocational certificate, and vocational diploma. The in-depth-interview is employed for ten administrators (two interviewees for each level of education).
The results found that 1) the overall level of the transformational leadership is high at (x ̅ = 4.36, S.D. = .534) 2) the overall conflict management is high at (x ̅ = 3.81, S.D. = .638) 3) the moderation of psychological capital is with relationships statistically significance at 0.01.
