Abstract

This research is a quantitative research. The objective is to study factors affecting to government employee Gen Y retention with The autonomous university in southern thailand sample group is 239 university employees selected by systematic random sampling. The instrument used in the research a factors affecting questionnaire for retention. By dividing the number of samples according to the university campus Then sort the list of employees. Find the range of sample selection And using simple random Research tools Questionnaire of factors affecting job retention Content validation from 3 experts The reliability of Cronbach's alpha coefficient is .095. Quantitative data analysis by using statistics to find percentage, mean, standard deviation Multiple regression analysis The results of the study showed that (1) commitment to the organization is at a high level (X = 4.01, SD = .599) (2) job satisfaction at a high level (X = 3.56, SD = .696) (3) Perceived Organization Support at a high level (X = 3.50, SD = .803) (4) work life balance at a moderate level (X = 3.40, SD =. 527) (5) job retention at a high level (X = 3.63, SD = 0.741).
