การศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความตั้งใจใช้บริการแอปพลิเคชัน ALIST OPAC กรณีศึกษา สำนักทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้คุณหญิงหลง อรรถกระวีสุนทร มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์

Abstract

The objective of this study was to study the influence of technology acceptance factors (UTAUT) and E-service quality factors impact to intention to use ALIST OPAC application. This study was quantitative research, was conducted from 385 people who have used ALIST OPAC application: a case study of Khunying Long Athakravisunthorn Resources Center, Prince of Songkla University. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple linear regression analysis. The result shows that most the respondents are female, aging between 20 – 30 years old. They are an undergraduate student and have experience in using the service of the application less than 1 month. The most service that they use is search information resources. The importance of technology acceptance factors (UTAUT) has the highest level, including performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, social influence and effort expectancy. Also, the importance of E-service quality factors has the highest level, including privacy, credibility, accessibility and responsiveness. Using multiple linear regression analysis on UTUAT factors and E-service quality factors influencing the intention to use ALIST OPAC application, the result founds that there are only two independent factors by facilitating conditions and privacy that influencing to intention to use. (Statistically significant at the 0.05 level) The study suggests the benefit to application developer and service providers. Application developers and service providers can use the findings of the ALIST OPAC application study to improve service development for user’s needs.
