| dc.description.abstract | The objectives of this research are to calculate the unit cost of buying scrap steel and to propose some appropriate approaches to increase the profit for waste material recycle business. The researcher collects all general information from antiques shop business such as cost in purchasing process and calculate the operation. Moreover the factors that influence to the operation cost were identified. After that, the program was developed to select the least cost products to sell. It will be increase the opportunity for making more profit for the business. It was found that the operation cost for the junk business consist of car depreciation, rent, labor cost, electricity, and oil. The distance between the junk business and sources, also the volume of scrap steals is impacted to the operation cost. The shorter distance and higher volume will lead to lower operation cost. According to the proposed program which is developed by Window Form Application, it is used as a guideline for management in order to make more precise decision to make more profit. | - |
| dc.description.abstract-th | งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) คํานวณต้นทุนในการรับซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ร้านรับซื้อของ เก่ากรณีศึกษาและ 2) นําเสนอแนวทางในการตัดสินใจเพื่อเพิ่มผลกําไรให้แก่กิจการร้านรับซื้อของเก่า ดําเนินการวิจัยเริ่มจากเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลทั่วไป ข้อมูลต้นทุนในกระบวนการรับซื้อวัตถุดิบและคํานวณ ต้นทุนประกอบกับวิเคราะห์หาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อต้นทุน จากนั้นพัฒนาโปรแกรมเพื่อใช้ในการคัดเลือก ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีต้นทุนน้อยที่สุดเพื่อส่งขายแก่โรงงานแปรรูป ซึ่งจะเพิ่มโอกาสในการขายผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อ ผลกําไรที่เพิ่มขึ้น ผลการศึกษาพบว่าวัตถุดิบส่วนใหญ่มาจากโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม โดยต้นทุนใน กระบวนการรับซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ประกอบด้วย ค่าเสื่อมราคารถยนต์ ค่าเช่าโรงงาน ค่าอาหาร ส่วนของ ค่าแรงคนงาน ค่าลม ค่าน้ํามัน ซึ่งเป็นต้นทุนแปรผันตามปริมาณการใช้งานและระยะทางที่ไปรับซื้อ วัตถุดิบ การศึกษาครั้งนี้ครอบคลุมทั้งหมด 3 โรงงาน จากการวิเคราะห์พบว่าปริมาณการรับซื้อต่อ ครั้งและระยะทางระหว่างโรงงานและร้านรับซื้อมีผลต่อต้นทุนการดําเนินงาน กล่าวคือถ้าปริมาณ วัตถุดิบมากและระยะทางระหว่างโรงงานกับร้านรับซื้อของเก่าสั้นจะทําให้ต้นทุนต่อหน่วยน้อยลง จากการพัฒนาโปรแกรมโดยใช้ Window Form Application เพื่อช่วยในการตัดสินใจดําเนินการซื้อ ขายผลิตภัณฑ์ พบว่าผู้ประกอบการมีความสะดวกในการตัดสินใจและสามารถเพิ่มโอกาสในการขาย ผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อผลกําไรมากยิ่งขึ้น | - |
