อิทธิพลของภาวะผู้นำบารมีจากมุมมองของข้าราชการฝ่ายปกครอง ในจังหวัดปัตตานี

Abstract

This research aims to study 1) the level of charismatic leadership of the district chief, 2) the level of satisfaction with the leader, perceived leadership effectiveness, and willingness to comply among governing officers 3) the influence of personal factors on the satisfaction with the leader, perceived leadership effectiveness, and willingness to comply, and 4) the influence of charismatic leadership in terms of physical attributes and communication skills on the satisfaction with the leader, perceived leadership effectiveness, and willingness to comply. An online questionnaire was used as an instrument for collecting data. The participants consisted of 175 governing officers who actually worked in the 12 district offices in Pattani Province. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows: 1) the level of charismatic leadership of the district chief was at a high level, 2) the level of satisfaction with the leader, perceived leadership effectiveness, and willingness to comply among governing officers were at a high level, 3) governing officers had a lower level of willingness to comply than deputy district chiefs while females had a higher level of willingness to comply than males, and 4) the physical attributes and communication skills of the district chief influence on the satisfaction with the leader, perceived leadership effectiveness, and willingness to comply.
