| dc.description.abstract | The main objective of this research was to increase the productivity of peanut candy bar processing 10%, by improving the efficiency of raw material, labor and machine to higher than 5 %. Peanut candy bar plant was at Kokpho District, Pattani Province. The study covered from January 2008 to March 2009. According to the present information on the working conditions, unit cost, production time, and process analysis in the present, it was found that the main problems of production processes were waste and loss. The causes of the loss were raw materials and inappropriate processing methods. The researcher decided to improve production processes by reducing usage of non-value added materials and creating hydraulic cutting machine to use in the process. After improving, the raw material productivity was increased by 10.41 %, whereas the labor and machine productivity were increased by 7.59% and 5.38%, respectively. At the same time, the improvement was raised the total productivity of the plant by 12.24%, the total capacity was increased 9,320 units per month and production value was increased 74,560 baht per month. | - |
| dc.description.abstract-th | วัตถุประสงค์หลักของงานวิจัยคือ การเพิ่มผลผลิตโดยรวมของกระบวนการผลิตขนม ถั่วตุ้บตั้บ 10 % และปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพ วัตถุดิบ แรงงาน และเครื่องจักร ให้สูงขึ้นด้านละไม่ น้อยกว่า 5% ในกิจการผลิตขนมถั่วตุ้บตั้บ ตําบล โคกโพธิ์ อําเภอโคกโพธิ์ จังหวัดปัตตานี ระหว่าง เดือน มกราคม พ.ศ.2551 ถึงเดือน มีนาคม พ.ศ.2552 จากการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน มูลค่าปัจจุบัน เวลา ความสูญเสีย กําลังการผลิต และการวิเคราะห์กระบวนการผลิต พบว่าปัญหาหลักของ กระบวนการผลิตคือ ความสูญเสีย เป็นความสูญเสียที่เกิดจากกระบวนการผลิตมีการใช้วัตถุดิบที่ไม่ ก่อให้เกิดมูลค่าเพิ่มแก่ผลิตภัณฑ์ และความสูญเสียที่เกิดจากการผลิตของเสีย ซึ่งได้มีการแก้ไข ปัญหาโดยการลดการใช้วัตถุดิบในการนําวัตถุดิบมาทําเป็นไส้ขนม และลดของเสียที่เกิดจากการ แตกของขนมโดยสร้างเครื่องตัดไฮดรอลิกส์ขึ้น ซึ่งผลจากการศึกษาและปรับปรุงสามารถเพิ่ม ประสิทธิภาพ ด้านวัตถุดิบได้เท่ากับ 10.41 % ด้านแรงงานได้เท่ากับ 7.59 % ด้านเครื่องจักรได้ เท่ากับ 5.38 % และสามารถเพิ่มผลผลิตโดยรวมของกระบวนการผลิตขนมถั่วตุ้บตั้บได้เท่ากับ 12.24 % ทําให้กิจการมีกําลังการผลิตเพิ่มขึ้นเท่ากับ 9,320 ห่อต่อเดือน และมูลค่าการผลิตเพิ่มขึ้น เท่ากับ 74,560 บาทต่อเดือน | - |
