| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารโรงเยนโดยใช้หลักวะสะฎี ยะฮฺของผู้บริหารตามความคิดเห็นของครูในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในจังหวัดปัตตานี 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูต่อการใช้หลักวะสะฎียะฮฺในการบริหารโรงเรียนโดยจำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงาน ขนาดของโรงเรียน และการมีส่วนร่วมในการ บริหารงานโรงเรียน และ 3) ศึกษาปัญหาอุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะการใช้หลักวะสะฎียะฮฺในการ บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในจังหวัดปัตตานี เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งเป็นครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในระบบ สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษา เอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 415 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย หาค่าเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน การทดสอบ t-test และ f-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ระดับความคิดเห็นของครูต่อการบริหารโรงเรียนโดยใช้หลักวะสะฎียะฮฺของ ผู้บริหาร ทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ประกอบด้วย ด้านความยุติธรรม ด้านความ รับผิดชอบ ด้านความดีและจริยธรรม ด้านการปรึกษาหารือ ด้านการเสริมพลัง และด้านการ ตรวจสอบ 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูต่อการใช้หลักวะสะฎียะฮฺในการบริหาร โรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม พบว่า เพศ ระดับการศึกษาศาสนา และการมีส่วนร่วมในการ บริหารงานโรงเรียน ไม่มีผลต่อความคิดเห็นในเรื่องการใช้หลักวะสะฎียะฮฺบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนสอน ศาสนาอิสลาม ส่วนอายุ ระดับการศึกษาสามัญ ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดของโรงเรียน มีผล ทำให้ความคิดเห็นของครูในเรื่องการใช้หลักวะสะฎียะฮฺบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม มี ความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3. ปัญหาอุปสรรคที่ประสบมากที่สุด คือด้านความรับผิดชอบ ด้านความยุติธรรม และด้านการตรวจสอบ ตามลำดับ นอกจากนี้ ครูได้เสนอแนะให้ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนา ยุคใหม่พัฒนาตนเองให้มีความรอบรู้ทั้งศาสตร์การบริหารสากลและการบริหารในรูปแบบอิสลาม ตลอดจนควรให้ความรู้ในเรื่องหลักวะสะยะแก่ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงประเมินความพร้อมของ โรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในมิติต่างๆ ในการนำหลักดังกล่าวมาใช้ | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract-th | This research aimed 1) to study the perceived level of teachers' opinions on school administration by using the Wasatiyah principle for the Islamic private schools in Pattani 2) to compare teachers' opinions on the use of the Wasatiyah principle in school administration by gender, age, educational level, experience, school's size, and participation in school administration 3) to study the problems and suggestions for the use of the Wasatiyah principle in Islamic private schools in Pattani. Data were collected using questionnaires from the sample of 415 persons which are the teachers who were teaching in Islamic private schools under Pattani Provincial Education Office. And data were analyzed by calculating the value of the mean, standard deviation, T-Test, and F-test. The results of this study were as follows: 1) The level of teachers' opinions on school administration by using the Wasatiyah principle both in overall and on each aspect was at "high" level. It consists of the aspect of justice, responsibility, goodness and ethical, consultation, empowerment, and audit. 2) The results of the comparison of teachers' opinion on the use of Wasatiyah principle in the Islamic private schools revealed that gender, level of religious education, and participation have no effect on teachers' opinions. However, the age, levelทof general education, experiences, and school's size, as a result, affect teachers' opinions significantly. 3) In the teacher's opinion, the most common problems found are aspects of responsibility, justice, and audit respectively. In addition, teachers have suggested that new-age school administrators should develop themselves to be knowledgeable in both fields which are professional management and Islamic management. And should also educate their teachers and staff on the particular subject of Wasatiyah along with assessing the readiness of school for implementation of the Wasatiyah principle. | en_US |
