| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this descriptive research was to explore the level of spiritual wellbeing and factors influencing spiritual well-being in Muslim patients with chronic disease in the comeback stage of the chronic trajectory illness model. The sample included 146 Muslim patients with chronic disease in the comeback stage of the chronic trajectory illness model. Data were collected with five questionnaires covering:1) demographic data, 2) perceived severity of illness, 3) practice related to religiousactivities,4) social support and 5) spiritual well-being. All questionnaires were tested for content validity by three experts. Questionnaires number 2-5 tested for content validity giving CVI values of0.83, 0.80, 0.86, and 0.92 respectively. Questionnaires number 2-5tested for reliability and yield for Cronbach's alpha were 0.86, 0.88, 0.94,and 0.96 respectively. | dc.description.abstract-th | การวิจัยเชิงทำนายนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับความผาสุกทางจิตวิญญาณ และปัจจัยทำนายความผาสุกทางจิตวิญญาณของผู้ป่วยมุสลิมที่เป็นโรคเรื้อรังระยะกลับเข้าสู่การดำเนินชีวิตปกติตามวิถีการเจ็บป่วยเรื้อรัง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยมุสลิมที่เป็นโรคเรื้อรังระยะกลับเข้าสู่การดำเนินชีวิตปกติตามวิถีการเจ็บป่วยเรื้อรัง จำนวน 146 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 5 ชุด ได้แก่ 1) ข้อมูลทั่วไป 2) แบบประเมินการรับรู้ความรุนแรงของการเจ็บป่วย 3) แบบประเมินการปฏิบัติที่สัมพันธ์กับกิจกรรมทางศาสนา 4) แบบวัดแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม และ 5) แบบสอบถามความผาสุกทางจิตวิญญาณ ซึ่งได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงของเนื้อหา โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 ท่าน ได้ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหา (CVI) ของแบบประเมินการรับรู้ความรุนแรงของการเจ็บป่วย แบบประเมินการปฏิบัติที่สัมพันธ์กับกิจกรรมทางศาสนา แบบวัดแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม และแบบประเมินความผาสุกทางด้านจิตวิญญาณ เท่ากับ 0.83, 0.80, 0.86 และ 0.92 ตามลำดับ และได้ทดสอบความเที่ยงด้วยการ คำนวณค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ได้ค่าเท่ากับ 0.86, 0.88, 0.94 และ 0.96 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา และสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณแบบมีขั้นตอน | en_US |
