Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study the level of performance effectiveness of personnel, comparison of performance effectiveness of personnel classified by personal factors and to study the motivations affecting to performance effectiveness of personnel in Hat Yai Municipality, Songkhla Province. According to the study, the samples used in this study were personnel in Hat Yai Municipality, Songkhla Province. By collecting data from a sample of 180 people. Instruments used in this study was questionnaire. The statistical analysis of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis.
The research result found that; Performance effectiveness of personnel in Hat Yai Municipality, Songkhla Province was at the high level. Personnel in Hat Yai Municipality, Songkhla Province with different gender, age, income, and working period had significant differences in performance at the statistical level of 0.05 and the motivations affecting to performance effectiveness of personnel in Hat Yai Municipality, statistically significant at 0.05 level.
