dc.description.abstract	The objectives of this research were to investigate health consciousness, health knowledge and preventive health care behavior of smartphone users in Songkhla and the Influence of health consciousness and health knowledge toward preventive health care behavior of smartphone users in Songkhla. The samples of this study were 385 of Smartphone Users in Songkhla. Data collection was performed by using questionnaires. Research data was statistically analyzed to determine frequency, percentage, mode, average and standard deviations. The Influence was analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The research determined the statistical significance level of 0.05. The result shows that smartphone users in Songkhla there is a high level of health consciousness (mean 3.53), health knowledge is a high level (mean 3.42) and preventive health care behavior at moderate level (mean 3.39). Multiple regression analysis was performed health consciousness (Beta = 0.25) and health knowledge (Beta = 0.19) were predicted to be influenced by the prevalence of preventive health care behavior of smartphone users in Songkhla at 14.4 percent (R 2 = 0.14). Smartphone users who are health consciousness and health knowledge have more preventive health care behaviors than those who do not. It is part of the quality of life and reduces the risk of harm to a person's health.	en_US
dc.description.abstract-th	งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความใส่ใจสุขภาพ ความรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพเชิงป้องกันของผู้ใช้สมาร์ตโฟนในจังหวัดสงขลา และศึกษาอิทธิพลของความใส่ใจสุขภาพและความรู้ด้านสุขภาพที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพเชิงป้องกันของผู้ใช้สมาร์ตโฟนในจังหวัดสงขลา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ใช้สมาร์ตโฟนในจังหวัดสงขลา จำนวน 385 ตัวอย่าง เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุ ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 การศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ใช้สมาร์ตโฟน มีความใส่ใจสุขภาพ ระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.53 มีความรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.42 และมีพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพเชิงป้องกัน ระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.39 และการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุ พบว่า ความใส่ใจสุขภาพ(Beta = 0.246) และความรู้ด้านสุขภาพ(Beta = 0.190) แสดงว่าความใส่ใจสุขภาพมีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพเชิงป้องกันมากกว่าความรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และสามารถใช้ร่วมกันพยากรณ์พฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพเชิงป้องกัน ได้ร้อยละ 14.4 ดังนั้นผู้ใช้สมาร์ตโฟนที่ต้องการมีพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพเชิงป้องกันเพื่อให้มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี ผู้ใช้สมาร์ตโฟนต้องมีความใส่ใจสุขภาพและมีความรู้ด้านสุขภาพเป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐาน ซึ่งหน่วยงานรัฐอาจจะเป็นหน่วยงานสนับสนุนข้อมูลด้านนี้ ส่วนผู้ผลิตสมาร์ตโฟนสามารถนำไปใช้พัฒนาสินค้าใหม่ที่ปลอดภัยมากขึ้น	en_US
