Abstract

The research aimed to investigate 1) the level of transformational leadership of school administrators 2) the level of digital competence of teachers 3) the relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and digital competence of teachers and 4) the predictor of transformational leadership of school administrators affecting and digital competence of teachers. The simple were 64 schools under the jurisdiction of Narathiwat primary educational service area office III. The instruments used for data collection was a five point rating scale questionnaires. The statistics for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, Pearson�s correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis enter method. The research result was as follows:1. The level of transformational leadership of school administrators in each aspect overall was at the high level.2. The level of digital competence of teachers in each aspect overall was at the high level.3. The relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and digital competence of teachers in overall was positively related at very high level with statistical significance at .014. The transformational leadership of school administrators encompasses 5 dimensions could predictor the digital competence of teachers at 72.10%.
