Abstract

The objectives of the Study of Factors Affecting the Level of Success in Implementing the Work From Home Policy: A Case Study of the Office of Disease Prevention and Control 12, Songkhla, during the COVID-19 pandemic situation were 1) To study the level of success in implementing the Work From Home Policy for government employees From the Office of Disease Prevention and Control 12, Songkhla, during the COVID-19 pandemic situation; 2) To compare the level of success in implementing the Work From Home Policy for government employees From the Office of Disease Prevention and Control 12, Songkhla, during the COVID-19 pandemic situation classified by personal factors and 3) To study the factors affecting the level of success in implementing the Work From Home Policy for government employees From the Office of Disease Prevention and Control 12, Songkhla, during the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Data were collected from 162 government employees From the Office of Disease Prevention and Control 12, Songkhla, obtained by a questionnaire, and analyzed by descriptive statistics. The results showed that the level of success in implementing the Work From Home Policy: A Case Study of the Office of Disease Prevention and Control 12, Songkhla, during the COVID-19 Pandemic Situation was at the highest level. When classified by personal factors, the government employees of different ages had different levels of success in implementing the Work From Home and the organization’s policy, equipment, technology, and nature of work affected the level of success in implementing the Work From Home Policy of the Office of Disease Prevention and Control 12, Songkhla, during the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
