Abstract

This study aimed to (1) For study Islamic Morals and Ethics of Self, People, and Work Management of School Administrators as Perceived by Teachers of Islamic Private Schools, Krabi Province (2) For comparing Islamic Morals and Ethics of Self, People, and Work Management of School Administrators as Perceived by Teachers of Islamic Private Schools, Krabi Province.By analyzing in gender, age, education of qualification, and experience in work. and (3) For gathering the suggestions of Islamic Morals and Ethics of Self, People, and Work Management of School Administrators as Perceived by Teachers of Islamic Private Schools, Krabi Province. The Sample group that used to collect the research information has 208 people. Selecting the sample group by using calculation method from Yamane statistics that used in data analysis from questionnaires consisted of percentage Value, average and standard deviation, T-test value and F-test value. Research result (1) The Islamic Morals and Ethics of Self, People, and Work Management of School Administrators as Perceived by Teachers of Islamic Private Schools, Krabi Province. Has overall and the aspects are at a high level. (2) The comparison of Islamic Morals and Ethics of Self, People, and Work Management of School Administrators as Perceived by Teachers of Islamic Private Schools, Krabi Province by analyzing in gender, age, education of qualification, and experience in work. According to the study, It was found that it is no different. (3) The suggestions of Islamic Morals and Ethics of Self, People, and Work Management of School Administrators as Perceived by Teachers of Islamic Private Schools, Krabi Province.
