Abstract

This study aims to examine the level of risk management on firm value and the influence of risk management on firm value through a case study of a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET 100) with 74 samples, which collected data from the annual report and SETSMART website from 2017 to 2021. Descriptive analysis and multiple regression were used to analyze the data in this study. The results showed that the influence of risk management was not associated with firm value: a case study of a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET 100), however, ROA and size have a positive and significant level of 0.10 with share price.??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
