ทักษะการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของอาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือน (อปพร.) ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลมะนังดาลำ ปัตตานี

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to examine the level of work skills of civil defense volunteers and 2) to provide guidelines for improving or developing such skills. The populations for this research were 123 civil defense volunteers working in Manang Dalam Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Pattani Province. Data were collected through survey questionnaires and, then, analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Hypotheses were tested using t-test and F-test. Results from data analysis showed that the overall work skill level of civil defense volunteers in Manang Dalam Subdistrict Administrative Organization was at a high level. Likewise, when work skill of each task, the results showed that the work skills of all tasks which included disaster victim relief, search and rescue, peace and order keeping, and disaster prevention and mitigation, were at a high level as well. Results also showed that the levels of work skills of civil defense volunteers with different work experience were statistically different in all four tasks. Those who were different in terms of training had a different level of work skill in disaster prevention and mitigation. Those with different levels of education had a different level of work skill in search and rescue task. It is recommended in this research that the, to improve work skills of these civil defense volunteers, the following skills should be improved or developed: facility and equipment maintenance skill, village’s peace and security surveillance skill, disaster warning and disaster relief skills, situation awareness skill, search and rescue skill, and knowledge about disaster risk reduction.
