Abstract

This research aims to 1) develop a training package for developing teachers’ skills in creating classroom management activity for reducing students’ misbehavior 2) evaluate teachers’ skills in creating classroom management activity for reducing students’ misbehavior, and 3) examine teachers’ satisfaction towards training package for developing teachers’ skills in creating classroom management activity for reducing students’ misbehavior in Oob-om Kindergarten School, Satun Province. This research employs quasiexperimental research by which the sample of 6 teachers was purposively selected. The instrument used for experimental research is a training package for developing teachers’ skills in creating classroom management activities for reducing students’ misbehavior. The instruments used to collect data consist of an objective test, a worksheet, a form for assessing teachers’ skills in creating classroom management activities for reducing students’ misbehavior, and a teachers' satisfaction questionnaire. Descriptive statistics consist of percentage, means, and standard deviation were used to analyze the data. The results of the study are as follows; 1) the efficiency of the training package for developing teachers’ skills in creating classroom management activity for reducing students’ misbehavior meets the criterion set, whose scores equaled to 82.88/81.83, 2) teachers showed their skills in creating classroom management activity for reducing students’ misbehavior at a high level, and 3) level of teachers’ satisfaction towards training package for developing teachers’ skill in creating classroom management activity for reducing students’ misbehavior was high.
