Abstract
This mixed method research investigated The Related of Leadership Competency and The Driving Digital Transformation Organization, Case study Bangkok Hospital Hatyai, Hatyai District, Songkla Province. Quantitative research to study the competencies of supervisors at Bangkok Hat Yai Hospital that related to the driving digital transformation organization. Data were collected by the questionnaires from a population of 70 supervisors in Bangkok Hospital Hatyai, Statistics used in the calculations are percentages, frequency, averages, standard deviations, One Way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. Qualitative research to study guidelines for developing the competency of supervisors at Bangkok Hospital Hatyai and characteristics of digital organizations from executives. Using in-depth interviews with 6 executives from a randomly selected specific sample group.
The results found that the supervisor's competency that has the greatest relationship with driving the digital organization is People management and Operation (r = .437) at the statistical significance level of 0.01. From in-depth interviews with executives, Guidelines for developing the competency of supervisors, Developing leadership competency in problem analysis. Able to design systematically using innovation. The characteristic of a digital organization is that employees in the organization have attitudes and behaviors of a digital organization.
