Abstract

The objectives of this research were (1) to explore the impact of Employee Benefits on Firm Leverage and (2) to investigate the impact of Employee Benefits on Firm Value of the 100 Thai Listed Companies from the year 2011-1017. The Hierarchical Multiple Regression and Dummy Variable Techniques were employed to analyze the pool data. It was found that the Employee Benefits had an impact on both Firm Leverage and Firm Value.
