Abstract
The objective of this research was examining work to family conflict of mobile
sellers in the business in southern of Thailand for realize the conflict factors and to be a guideline for the organization to reduce work to family conflicts. Data collection was conducted by interviewing key informants: seleeting mobile sellers in southern of Thailand by using Snowball sampling method that beginning with organizations in the mobile business and their work experience minimum of 3 months. The key informants suggest the next informant until the data were saturated, total
11 informants. The data was analyzed by using the concept of work to
family conflict.
The study found 12 factors affection work to family conflict that divided into 2
characteristies. (1) Factors that create and promote to work to family conflict are Time-based, stress-based, behavior-based, lack of welfare, and non-coworker support. That is consistent with the literature review. In addition, Factors that are different are safety factor and health factor due to working in hazardous areas and the work character that is traveling regularly causes health problems. (2) Factors that reduce work to family conflict are Time-based, welfare support, and coworker support that is consistent with the literature review. In addition, the study found different factor is customer support due to working with customers for a long time until being intimate, Intimacy can reduce the stress from work that causes work to family conflict. The factors lead ways to reduce work to family conflict for the purpose of employees to work more efliciently and reduce the intention to leave the organization.
