If the symptoms are not improved, the patients will be taken to Tambon Health Promoting Hospital or hospital. Assistance should be provided for the prevention and management of sickness. 3. The sickness managed entirely by the modern health system: The Maniq have no experiences and knowledge passed down from their ancestors for treating these sickness. They usually use herbal medicines for primary treatment for 3-7 days. If the patients are at risk of disabilities and death, the community leaders will take them to the hospital to receive treatment with modern medicine. The support meeting the Maniq’s needs when they are sick should be provided. Moreover, they should be supported with the things they lack according to their way of life.
